Our Constitutional Foundation
Constitution of South Africa and the National Integrated Waste Management Act: Lawfully separated property has inherent value & inalienable constitutional protection.
Law distinguishs between:
🏠 Property (Organic & Inorganic)
Materials with recoverable and beneficial value - constitutionally protected and rightfully yours

🗑️ Waste: Materials without recoverable value - correctly handled through municipal wheelie bins - this is the definition of your property that they do not want you to comprehend, or research.

💰 Property Rights: Right to own property and governmental; court adjucated compensation if expropriated for public benefit. Without compensation, its just theft by a privateer, or a governmental agent, which are both illegal to fund or support.
Knowledge changes circumstances, actions and people.

How It Works:
Subscribers knowingly separate their materials into property categories as proscribed by the National Integrated Waste Management Act that prevents property from being wasted:
  1. Mixed Inorganic Materials Collected weekly in bags or flattened cardboard
  2. Organic Kitchen Materials: Collected fortnightly for composting
  3. Garden Growth: Collected monthly for composting and carbon credits
  4. Waste: property you own and are responsible for without recoverable value, hence municipal.

All donated materials are processed at our safe, supervised, weatherproof sorting facilities adjacent to challenged communities, creating employent opportunities while complying with national legislation.
